About Hecate Healers:
Relational Depth Psychotherapy

Meet Ashley Kaye, MA, LMFT #154469

Founder of Hecate Healers | Relational Depth Psychotherapist

I specialize in working with couples who find themselves stuck in repeating patterns, and individuals who recognize they are overfunctioning or losing themselves in relationship.

In session, I listen for the pattern beneath the content. I slow the interaction down, name what’s happening, and intervene in real time so new responses can emerge. My approach is exploratory but direct, grounded in attachment theory, depth psychology, and trauma-informed care.

I bring over twenty years of experience in healing and growth spaces, now integrated within a clinical psychotherapy framework. I am currently completing my PhD in Depth Psychology at Meridian University, with a commitment to contributing to the field through practice, teaching, and writing.

Philosophy: Healing is never purely individual. It is shaped by family systems, culture, gender roles, and the invisible expectations we carry into our relationships. Much of my work addresses the unseen weight of overfunctioning, caretaking, and self-abandonment, especially in partnerships where responsibility has become uneven or emotionally burdensome. Through relational depth work and somatic awareness, we learn to notice the subtle cues of the nervous system (the tightening, the withdrawal, the urge to defend) and begin responding differently.

Insight matters, but embodied integration is what shifts the pattern.

Before later mythologized forms, Hecate was known as a guardian of thresholds, the one who accompanied others through uncertainty and transition.

The name reflects this practice’s orientation: not rescue, not authority but attuned accompaniment through relational change.

Hecate Healers honors discernment, personal agency, and the slower unfolding of repair. The work is grounded and psychologically informed, while respecting the symbolic and meaning-making dimensions of human experience.

Relationally, the threshold often appears in the space between two people, in moments of rupture, misunderstanding, or emotional distance. These are the places most couples want to move past quickly. This practice invites something different: to pause at the threshold, understand what is unfolding beneath the reaction, and allow insight and integration to emerge before moving forward.
